We want to chat with you about the Social Media Planner Intern role at Resn Amsterdam. We think you'll be perfect. You are, after all, the person with the spreadsheets, the ideas, and the uncanny ability to keep multiple (virtual) plates spinning in the air. You're constantly analysing and cataloging the best of what the internet has to offer, but it doesn't beat your sixth sense for what content will resonate where and when.
At Resn, we're on a mission to make the internet a little bit more awesome every day. From our twin studios in Wellington, Aotearoa, New Zealand and Amsterdam, Netherlands, we create all kinds of websites, games, installations, and activations and infuse them with as much craft and creativity as they can handle!
As our Social Media Planner Intern, you'll be a strategic brain behind Resn's social media revolution. You'll coordinate content calendars with fresh ideas, and occasionally wrangle our creative team members to ensure we're hitting our goals. You'll work closely with our Social Media Content Creator Intern to take our social media presence next level.
Develop and maintain social media calendars for X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Build a library of content ideas and campaigns that elevate our brand
Coordinate with team members to gather content and ensure timely delivery
Track and analyse social media metrics to optimize our strategy
Research and identify trending topics and hashtags relevant to our brand
Schedule posts using social media management platforms
Help develop our social media voice and ensure consistency across platforms
Stay on top of algorithm changes and platform updates
An organised mind with excellent attention to detail
Experience with project management and coordination
Understanding of social media metrics and analytics
Knowledge of social media management platforms like Later, Hootsuite, or Buffer is beneficial
English fluency is essential
Research skills to identify trends and opportunities
Interest in Web3/NFT space and ClimaTech is a major plus
Basic knowledge of content creation tools is beneficial
A strategic thinker with a passion for digital culture
Someone who finds joy in planning and organisation
A diplomatic communicator who can assist in keeping projects on track
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Curious about emerging technologies and digital experiences
Someone who can spot a trend before it's trending
Someone who appreciates the craft behind the work
A 6-month internship (with potential to extend) in our Amsterdam studio
€750 per month compensation
