Resn is seeking an Intermediate Producer / Project Manager to join the team on a three-month contract, starting immediately. This role is focused on supporting the internal production team across a variety of digital projects, ensuring smooth workflows, clear communication, and consistent momentum throughout each phase of delivery.

Ideally, the candidate will have a background in agency environments, with a solid grasp of digital project lifecycles, timelines, and resource coordination. This is an internally focused role working closely with Senior Producers to keep projects on track and the team aligned.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the day-to-day management of interactive projects across design and development teams

    • Track milestones, identify risks, and communicate progress to senior production staff

    • Maintain up-to-date documentation, schedules, and resource plans

    • Support the implementation of internal processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency

    • Help uphold Resn’s creative and technical standards across all deliverables

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones

    Skills and Experience

    • Capable of independently managing day-to-day production responsibilities with minimal oversight.

    • Proven ability to manage timelines, project finances, coordinate teams, and juggle multiple projects under deadlines

    • Comfortable working within fast-paced environments and adapting to shifting priorities

    • Strong understanding of digital production processes, particularly for web and interactive work

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • High level of attention to detail, organisational thinking, and follow-through

    Bonus Points

    • Experience working on award-winning or high-profile digital campaigns

    • Strong grasp of UX, visual design, web development, and motion principles

    Confidence navigating project complexity and aligning teams around a shared delivery strategy
